Your role will be leading a team of outstanding developers and working with clients that trust us. Your responsibilities will be:

• Team Management: Lead and manage the host firmware team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Innovation: Develop innovative solutions for Open-Source Host Firmware, keeping up with the latest industry trends.
• Project Organization: Organize projects, manage tasks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Customer Meetings: Conduct regular meetings with customers to discuss project progress, address issues, and gather feedback.
• Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer communications.
• Invoicing: Handle customer invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing.
• Solution Architecture: Work with potential customers to architect customized firmware solutions.

Required

• Background in Firmware Development: Experience in firmware development, with a preference for open-source projects.
• Innovative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
• Strong Organizational Skills: Your job will be organizing projects and our team - thus you need to love organizing things (and people).

This position is based in Bochum, Germany. However, for senior candidates, we offer the flexibility to work remotely within Europe.
