Deine Aufgaben
  • Du hast die führende Rolle in Kundenprojekten und koordinierst dein Team und den Kunden, um digitalen Mehrwert zu schaffen.
  • Du definierst die allgemeine Architektur und entscheidest, welche Technologien für Front-End und Back-End eingesetzt werden
  • Du repräsentierst 9elements im ständigen Austausch mit unseren Kunden und berätst sie bei digitalen und geschäftlichen Entscheidungen
  • Du schreibst sauberen, kompatiblen und testbaren Code, um die Grundlage für das Projekt zu schaffen
  • Du überwachst die Zeit- und Budgetvorgaben des Projekts auf dem Weg zu einem erfolgreichen Produkt
Dein Profil
  • Du bist mit Leib und Seele Webentwickler mit einem soliden Verständnis für moderne Webarchitekturen und fortgeschrittener Erfahrung in einem Web-Framework wie Ruby on Rails oder Elixir und Phoenix
  • Du hattest bereits das Vergnügen, moderne JavaScript-Frameworks wie React oder Angular kennenzulernen und tiefgreifend mit ihnen zu arbeiten
  • Du kannst gut mit unix based shell umgehen
  • Du hast einschlägige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung großer Webanwendungen für Desktop und Mobile
  • Du verfügst über ausreichend gute Englischkenntnisse, um Dich in der Kommunikation mit internationalen Kunden wohl zu fühlen (der Großteil unserer täglichen Kommunikation findet jedoch auf Deutsch statt)
  • Du stellst gerne Tools und Stacks in Frage und wählst die beste verfügbare Technologie aus, um die Aufgabe zu erledigen
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem offenen Umfeld und glaubst wie wir an den Vorteil von Eigenverantwortung gegenüber komplexen Hierarchien
  • Du suchst einen Ort, an dem du tüfteln und dich entfalten kannst, an dem du dich selbst herausfordern kannst und an dem du deine Arbeitszeit sinnvoll nutzen kannst.

Your mission
  • You'll have the leading position in client projects and coordinate your team and the client to create digital value. 
  • You define the overall architecture and decide which technologies are going to be used for front-end and back-end
  • You represent 9elements in constant exchange with our clients, and advise them on digital and business decisions 
  • You write clean, composable and testable code as you create the project's foundation
  • You monitor the project's time and budget constraints on your way to finishing a successful product
Your profile
  • You are a web developer by heart with a solid understanding of modern web architecture and advanced experience in a web framework like Ruby on Rails or Elixir and Phoenix
  • You had the pleasure to get to know modern JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular and work with them profoundly
  • You know well how to use a unix based shell
  • You have relevant experience in developing large web applications for desktop and mobile
  • You have a good enough level of English to feel comfortable communicating with international clients (most of our day-to-day communication is in German though) 
  • You seek to challenge tools and stacks and choose the best available technology to get the job done
  • You like to work in an open environment, and like us, believe in the benefit of personal responsibility over complex hierarchies
